As the learned public prosecutor representing the respondent - State submits that police filed final report and the learned Magistrate taken cognizance as C.C.No.1252 of 2013, petitioner is given liberty to impugn the police final report with Part II material.

Accordingly and with the above observation, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence.
