HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.16701 of 2015 ORDER:

The Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief: "To issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents, more particularly, 3rd respondent and respondent Nos.5 to 26 in not permitting the petitioners to appear for the examinations of the 1st year B.Tech as being illegal, arbitrary and in violation of Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and, consequently, direct the 3rd respondent and respondent Nos.5 to 26 to permit the petitioners to appear for the examinations of 1st year B.Tech, and subsequently to declare the results of the examinations appeared and attempted by the petitioners and pass such other orders."

In view of completion of examinations, the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.
