Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

'For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the endorsement dated 07.09.2016 issued by respondent No.3 rejecting the application dated 16.04.2016 made by the petitioners for conversion of the land admeasuring different extents in Survey Nos.93/ 1, 93/ 2, 94, 95, 96/ 1 and situated in Basinikonda Village, Madanapalli Mandal, Chittoor District from agriculture to nonagriculture purpose stating that he applied survey numbers are DKT Lands and hence NOC cannot be granted quite contrary to the report submitted by respondent No.4 as illegal and arbitrary".

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he intends to avail alternate remedy of appeal available under law.

Having regard to the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to file an appeal against the

impugned order, which shall be considered, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of appeal.
