THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION NO.39252 OF 2016 O R D E R :

The case of the petitioner is that the 3rd respondent issued proceedings dated 11.06.2013 vide No.01/2(22)/2012:WL-I to the petitioner, imposing punishment of deferment of one annual grade increment with cumulative effect besides treating the suspension period as "Not on duty", for all purposes apart from recovery of Rs.1,000/- towards cost of damages. Against the same, the petitioner preferred an Appeal before the 2nd respondent on 10.04.2014. As no orders are passed on the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard A.K.Jayaprakash Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and B.Mayur Reddy, leaned Standing counsel for respondents 1 to 3.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeal stated to have been filed by the petitioner on 10.04.2014, in accordance with law within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
