This Civil Revision Petition arises out of Order, dated 29.07.2016, in IA.No.344 of 2010 in OS.No.61 of 2008, on the file of the learned Senior Civil Judge at Chodavaram. After arguing the case at length, Mr.M.Radhakrishna, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that for the present his client will be satisfied, if the lower Court is directed to dispose of IA.No.344 of 2010 in OS.No.61 of 2008 expeditiously as the same was filed by his client by exercising one of the options given to him by this Court in its Order, dated 21-07-2016, in CRP.Nos.3367 and 3280 of 2015.

In view of this innocuous request, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of without interfering with the order of the lower Court, however, with the direction to it to dispose of the said IA after hearing both parties as expeditiously as possible and not later than six weeks from the date of receipt of this order. This order, however, will not preclude the lower Court from disposing of the suit also.

CVNR, J C.R.P.No.1313 of 2017 Dt: 17.03.2017 As a sequel to disposal of the Civil Revision Petition, CRPMP.Nos.1744 and 1745 of 2017 are disposed of as infructuous.
