It is stated by learned counsel for petitioner and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.4 and 5 that the demolished construction material has been removed by the GHMC officials.

Therefore, the cause in the Writ Petition no longer survives for adjudication and the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
