Petitioner And The State of Telangana, rep., by its Secretary, Revenue Department, Telangana Secretariat, Hyderabad and others .. Respondents The Court made the following:

THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.9797 OF 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. 2.

Petitioner claims that his father purchased land to an extent of Acs.11.00 in Survey Nos.119, 119/AA, H, D, G, A, C, E, F & I of Elchipoor Village, Adloor Mandal, Kamareddy District. Alleging interference with the possession and enjoyment of the subject land, petitioner filed this Writ Petition.

3.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, submits that on the allegation of violation of the assignment granted to 15 beneficiaries, by following due process, the earlier assignment was cancelled and after conducting panchanama, possession was taken by the respondents. Thereafter, various pieces of lands were individually allotted to various departments and after such allotment, Ac.1.23 guntas of land is left to the Government. He therefore submits that the contention of the petitioner that he is in possession and enjoyment of the subject land is not valid. He furnished the photo copies of documents evidencing cancellation of assignment granted and taking away the possession.

4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seriously disputes the said statement. He, however, submits that the copies of proceedings cancelling the assignment granted are to be furnished to the petitioner to work out the remedies as available to him.

5.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue fairly submits that set of papers would be furnished to the petitioner. 6.

In view of the orders of the competent authority resuming the land, the relief as sought for by the petitioner in the Writ Petition cannot be granted.

7.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to work out his remedies as available in law against the orders of resumption. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, filed in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
