Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents. 2.

Petitioner claims that he purchased agricultural land to an extent of Ac.6-18 guntas in Sy.Nos.102/A, 102/AA and 102/E of Chidruppa Village, Kandi Mandal, Sangareddy District, by way of registered sale deed dated 29.12.2017. Based on the said sale deed, petitioner applied for mutation and the Tahsildar, vide his proceedings dated 15.02.2018 granted mutation and his name was reflected in the pahanies. However, pattadar pass books are not issued. Having waited for considerable time, on 21.08.2018 petitioner made an application for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds, but so far, the same is not replied, causing hardship and suffering to the petitioner. Hence, this writ petition.

Having regard to the above submission, without entering into merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar-7th respondent to act upon the application made by the petitioner for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds. The 7th respondent shall issue pattadar pass books and title deeds, within four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if the claim is valid and the name of petitioner continued to reflect in the revenue records, in the above survey

- 3 - numbers. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
