The grievance of the petitioners is that the authorities are not undertaking a survey of the subject land despite their making an application dated 24.05.2019 in the prescribed format. Perusal of the record reflects that petitioners submitted an application on-line by way of a F-Line petition along with the requisite fee seeking survey of the land in question. Having received such an application, it is not open to the Tahsildar, Zaheerabad Mandal, Zaheerabad District, to remain somnolent.

In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Zaheerabad Mandal, Zaheerabad District, to take appropriate action on the petitioners' application dated 24.5.2019 expeditiously and in any event, not later than eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, be it from whatever source. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
