Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has submitted that subsequent to filing of the Criminal Petition, as there were no :
stay orders granted by this Court, the police have completed I i I investigation and filed charge sheet and to that extent he has filed copy of thc letter addressed to Assistant public prosecutor signed by the Assistant Commissioner of police, pet Basheerabad, wherein it is stated that investigation is completed in Cr.No.166 of 2019 U/sec.4tZ, 42O IpC and Sec.3(2)(va) of SC/ST (POA) Acr of Alwal police Station and also filed charge sheet, which is numbered as S.C.No. 6 of 2022 on the file of Sessions Court for trial of SC/ ST (pOA) Act cases - cum - VII Additional District and Sessions Judge, R.R. District at L.B. Nagar.

In view of the above submissions, since the very purpose ol filing the Criminal Petition to quash the FIR in Crime No.i66 of 2019 of Alwal Police Station registered under Sections 420 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, is defeated, the Criminal Petition has become infructuous.
