THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.11866 OF 2019 ORDER:

Heard both sides and perused the record.

2. Learned Standing Counsel for Central Government, based on the counter affidavit, states that pursuant to the interim orders granted by this Court on 05.07.2019, the 2nd respondent has issued notice dated 18.06.2019 to the 5th respondent asking her to apply for passport of the 6th respondent under 're-issue category' with correct name. As the 5th respondent has not responded, they passed an order on 22.07.2019 impounding the passport issued to the 6th respondent.

3. No representation on behalf of 5th and 6th respondents both in the forenoon and afternoon sessions.

4. In view of the orders passed on 22.07.2019, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. Therefore, recording the contents of the counter affidavit and further action taken on 22.07.2019, the writ petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending in this case, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
