HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.11853 OF 2019 ORDER:

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that they have not received any complaint from the petitioner and two cases have been registered against the petitioner vide FIR Nos 67 and 273 of 2019 and witnesses were also examined in both cases and pending further investigation. It is also stated that the subject matter is purely civil in nature and police authorities did not interfere into the civil disputes. It is also denied that police authorities are harassing the petitioner at the instance of unofficial respondents.

In this case it is to be seen that in the writ affidavit there is no assertion that petitioner has made complaint to the police. Even learned counsel for the petitioner could not point out the same, which goes to show that petitioner has straightaway filed the writ petition without approaching the concerned police. The petitioner stated that (13) cases are registered against him and his family members. According to learned Government Pleader, only two cases are registered against the petitioner.

In view of the same, no relief can be granted since the petitioner has not approached the police in respect of his grievance and straightaway filed the writ petition.

Having regard to the above, the writ petition is dismissed. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 24-06-2019 Nvl
