O R D E R:- (per Hon'ble Sri Justice G. Chandraiah) The State has filed this writ petition challenging the order dated 28.09.2004 passed in O.A.No. 3369 of 2001 by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (for brevity "the Tribunal).

The Tribunal, while disposing of the O.A., directed the writ petitioners to give posting to the respondent herein by reviewing his services by paying salaries to him and his services should be regularised as per G.O.Ms.No. 212, dated 22.04.1994.

The petitioners are further directed to complete the above action within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that subsequent to the order dated 28.09.2004 passed by the Tribunal in O.A.No. 3369 of 2001, the petitionersGovernment, in compliance with the order under challenge, have passed appropriate orders, as such, the matter has become infructuous.

The above submission is placed on record and the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No order as to costs.

As a sequel to the dismissal of the writ petition, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
