This writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondent Nos.1 to 5 in not charging the extension power connection to the petitioner's House bearing No.2-107/2/1, Plot No.28, admeasuring 227 sq. yards, situated at Sreeramnagar Colony, Gangaram, Chandanagar Village, Serlingampally Mandal and Municpality, R.R. District, in spite of complying all the terms and conditions as prescribed by the respondents and despite several representations made by the petitioner on 11.04.2019 and 15.05.2019. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 5. 3.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to dispose of the representations dated 11.04.2019 and 15.05.2019, in accordance with law.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
