HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT CONTEMPT CASE No.591 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard Sri K.Venumadhav for petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies.

The Contempt Case is filed complaining disobedience of order dated 05-12-2016 in W.P.No.34825 of 2016.

On 27-03-2017, the Court ordered notice returnable in two weeks. The respondent filed counter affidavit and the counsel for respondent places on record Proceedings No.CS/ 17/ 2016 dated 07-04-2017 and informs that the orders for release of stock and vehicle have already been passed and necessary steps for compliance will be taken not later than 12-04-2017.

The statement is placed on record.

By recording the statement, the Contempt Case is closed. If the vehicle or stock is not released in terms of proceedings dated 07-04-2017, the petitioners are given liberty to file a petition for recalling the instant order.

The Government Pleader is directed to communicate the order to respondent forthwith.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
