HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO SECOND APPEAL NO. 771 OF 2010 JUDGMENT:

Sri Sai Gangadhar Chamarthy, learned counsel for the appellant, submits that inspite of intimation to the parties, they have not given particulars of the legal representatives of the sole appellant and thus expressed his helplessness. In these circumstances, this appeal is liable to be dismissed as abated for not bringing the legal representatives of the sole appellant on record.

Accordingly, the Second Appeal is dismissed as abated. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
