After making submissions for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to avail appropriate remedies and also to satisfy the competent authority as to how the vehicle was used after lapse of the earlier permit period. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
