HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.7796 OF 2017 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent authorities are not conducting survey as per the orders of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Ramachandrapuram, dated 09.08.2016.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue produced written instructions stating that survey was conducted on 18.08.2016 and that the report was submitted by the Deputy Inspector of Surveys, Ramachandrapuram. Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, the writ petition is disposed of. However, if petitioner has any grievance with regard to survey conducted by the respondent authorities, he can avail alternate remedy against the same. No order as to costs.
