THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.41240 OF 2015 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

The petitioner states that he has purchased an agricultural land admeasuring Acs.42.01 guntas in Survey No.27/EE situated at Ananth Sagar Village, Medak Mandal and District, under a registered sale deed, dated 22.03.2014. The petitioner claims that his name is mutated in the revenue records and he has also granted pattadar pass book and title deeds. However, alleging that in July, 2015, the petitioner came to know about deletion of his name from the ROR Online, he made representation, dated 28.08.2015, before the Tahsildar, Medak Mandal and District, the 4th respondent, to rectify the said error. Since no action was taken by the 4th respondent, a legal notice, dated 20.11.2015, was also issued to the 4th respondent and in spite of the same, as no further action was taken by the 4th respondent, the present Writ Petition is filed.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, since the petitioner's representation, as aforesaid, is necessarily to be considered and disposed of on merits by the 4th respondent, the 4th respondent is directed to examine the said representation and pass appropriate orders after examining the records, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no

order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
