Despite the arrangement, dated 04-12-2015, it is reported by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as respondents that the petitioners herein did not come forward in terms of the same. In view of the same, the contempt case is closed and the respondents stand discharged.

The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
