Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4, and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.5 and 6. When the matter is called it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, for redressal of his grievance, petitioner herein submitted a representation on 04.03.2017 to the first respondent but no action has been taken till date. Eventually a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the first respondent to verify the said representation and take appropriate action as per law. Recording the above submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the first respondent herein to verify the representation, dated 04.03.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, and take appropriate action, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
