Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned Government Pleaders for Fisheries and Revenue. 2.
In the present Writ Petition, the orders of the 3rd respondent-District Collector & Chairman, District Level Committee, Fresh Water Aqua Culture, West Godavari District renewing the licences of the respondent Nos.6 and 7 for acqa culture are under challenge.

When the matter is taken up, a preliminary objection, as to maintainability of the present Writ Petition, is taken by the learned Government Pleader stating that as per the orders issued by the State Government, vide G.O.Ms.No.15, Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development and Fisheries (Fish) Department, dated 26-05-2015, any dispute is appealable before the Commissioner of Fisheries-2nd respondent and the petitioners herein can avail the said alternative remedy. In view of the same, this court is not inclined to entertain the present Writ Petition. This Court deems it appropriate to relegate the petitioners to the said alternative remedy of appeal before the Commissioner of Fisheries.

For the aforesaid reasons, the Writ Petition is disposed of, keeping it open for the petitioners to avail the alternative remedy of appeal before the 2nd respondent- Commissioner of Fisheries against the orders dated 21-09-2015 passed by the
3rd respondent in favour of respondent Nos.6 and 7 within a period of three(3) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any such appeals are filed, the same be considered and pass appropriate orders be passed in accordance with law after giving notice and opportunity to all the stake-holders within a period of two(2) months from the date of filing of the appeal.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
