Sri P. Venkat Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy for exclusion of the property claimed by him from the list of prohibited properties under Section 22-A of the Registration Act, 1908.
