P.Lakshmikantham v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR W.P.No.41108 of 2014 ORDER:
Heard.
The petitioner alleges that the respondents are trying to interfere and demolish the structures of her building situated in Sy.No.612/1 of Pedarikatla Village, Konakanamitla Mandal, Prakasam District, without following the due process of law.
The petitioner states in her affidavit that the building is situated in her land admeasuring 120 sq. yards, but not in the Government land and that she has not encroached any road margins. While so, the respondents made markings on her building in the first week of December, 2014. As per the said markings, 50 feet of her building would be affected. Learned Government Pleader has received instructions, which state that no markings are made on the building as alleged by the petitioner and as of now, there are no plans to demolish structures in Pedarikatla village limits. In view of the said specific instructions that neither any marking is made nor there are any plans to demolish structures as alleged by the petitioner, it is evident that the petitioner has approached this Court merely on apprehension and as such, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
