THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY I.A.Nos.03 & 04 of 2018 IN/AND CRIMINAL PETITION NO.3636 of 2018 COMMON ORDER:

I.A.Nos.03 & 04 of 2018 These two Applications are filed seeking leave of this Court to compound the offences punishable under Sections 420, 423, 467, 468, 471 r/ w 120 (B) of IPC and Section 156(3) Cr.P.C., and to record compromise in Cr.No.291 of 2015 on the file of Lalapet Police Station, Guntur Urban, on the ground that during pendency of this petition, due to intervention of elders, the disputes between the parties have settled and they intend to lead peaceful life in future and it is voluntary. De facto complaint and Accused No.2 are present in person and they are identified by their respective counsel and they also produced the copies of Aadhar Cards in proof of their identity. On enquiry, the De facto complaint stated that this petitioner has entered into compromise with him giving up his right in the land and it is in the interest of both parties and the compromise is voluntary.

As the dispute between the parties is purely personal and not against the societal interest, though it is not compoundable either with the leave of the Court or without leave of the Court, the Court can quash the proceedings by exercising power under Section 482 Cr.P.C., Hence, leave is granted to compound said offences and to record compromise.

Accordingly, these two applications are allowed permitting the parties to compound the said offences and to record compromise. Cr l.P. NO.3 6 3 6 of 2 0 1 8 In view of the Orders passed in I.A.Nos.03 and 04 of 2018, this Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings in Cr.No.291 of 2015 on the file of Lalapet Police Station, Guntur Urban, are hereby quashed.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case, shall stand dismissed.
