This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of respondent No.2 in issuing Notice, dated 06-01-2016, calling upon the petitioner to remove the encroachment within 24 hours from the date of notice, failing which the same will be removed by the R & B Department, as illegal and arbitrary.

After arguing the case, Mr.M.V.Subba Reddy, learned Counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
