THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.A.No.553 of 2018 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) Learned counsel for the appellant/second respondent has argued that the post of Guest/Part Time Teacher in the department of Education is reserved for Scheduled Caste and therefore, the first respondent/writ petitioner cannot be continued in the said post. 2.

A perusal of the interim order dated 19.02.2018 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2017 (WVMP No.4843 of 2017) in W.P.No.31900 of 2017, we find there is no such argument. Therefore, the said ground cannot be taken in the present appeal as it is against the interim order.

In view of the above, we find no ground to interfere with the impugned order. The Writ Appeal is accordingly dismissed. However, we expect from the learned Single Judge of this Court to dispose of the writ petition as expeditiously as possible. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand dismissed.
