Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Irrigation & CAD.

When the matter is taken up a memo, bearing No.DCE1/0T3/T3/KNL/NABARD-XX/Ethipothala Vanka/17-18 dated 28.03.2018, issued by the Chief Engineer, is placed on record by the learned counsel for the petitioner herein, wherein the Chief Engineer granted second extension of time till 31.08.2018.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed by placing on record the memo, bearing No.DCE-1/0T3/T3/KNL/NABARDXX/Ethipothala Vanka/17-18 dated 28.03.2018, issued by the Chief Engineer dated 28.03.2018. There shall be no order as to costs.
