K.Kabeer v. State Of Telangana
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CRIMINAL PETITION No.9837 of 2014 ORDER:
No representation for the petitioners/A1 and A3, respectively. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that the parties i.e., the defactocomplainant and the accused, including the petitioners herein, have entered into compromise before the Lok Adalath, pursuant to which the Lok Adalath passed an award on 12.11.2016, and, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous.
Perhaps that may be the reason for no representation on behalf of the petitioners.
In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
