HACJ & Dr.SA, J WP.No.10378 of 2017 Dt: 12.06.2019 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Raghvendra Singh Chauhan) The learned counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner Nos.1, 3, 6, 14, 16 and 17 were selected and duly appointed in the posts of Junior Lecturer (Economics). However, the other petitioners, namely, the petitioner Nos.2, 4, 5, 7 to 13, 15 and 18 did not fall in the zone of consideration even after the second interview held by the respondents. Therefore, no relief can be granted to them by this Court.

The position taken by the learned counsel for the respondents has not been challenged by the learned counsel for the petitioners.

Therefore, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
