Challenge in this appeal is the judgment and decree which was rendered by Senior Civil Judge, Nirmal., 11.07.2005.

Both parties filed I.A.No.1 of 2022 under Order XXIII Rule 3 r/w Section 151 C.P.C incorporating the terms of compromise and informed the Court that the matter has been settled between the parties. Parties are physically present before the Court and produced their identity and they are identified by the respective counsel. 3.

Recording the terms of compromise, the appeal is dismissed in terms of compromise.
