HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.20999 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondents in not continuing the services of petitioner and not regularizing the services of petitioner and consequently direct respondents to continue the petitioner in services and regularize the services of petitioner in pursuance of the circular No.PD-30/1997, dated 24.04.1997 issued by the Corporation.

This Court granted interim direction to respondents on 27.10.2003 in WPMP No.26242 of 2003.

Advocate for petitioner submitted that the interim direction is complied with and no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. Considering the same, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of interim order. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed.
