UMA DEVI WRIT PETITION No. 8398 of 2017 ORDER: (Per VRS,J) Aggrieved by the black-listing of his lorry bearing registration No.KA56 2085 by the check-post authorities, the owner of the lorry has come up with the present writ petition.

Heard Mr. P. Kamalakar, learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Mr. Shaik Jeelani Basha, learned special standing counsel for Commercial Taxes (AP), takes notice for the respondents. 4.

The difficulty for the respondents, as expressed by the learned special standing counsel, is that they are not even able to serve notice on the petitioner. Therefore, we are of the considered view that the petitioner should first receive the notice, give in writing the address where he will receive the notice in future, and thereafter the vehicle shall be released.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the petitioner to receive the notice and give an undertaking to participate in the hearing. Thereafter, the respondents shall pass orders, in accordance with law, within two (2) months. In the meantime, the vehicle shall be released.
