This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking pre-arrest bail to petitioners - Accused Nos.1 and 2 in the event of their arrest in connection with Crime No. i81 of 2O2l on the fi1e of P.S. Mellacheruvu, Suryapet District registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120(8) , 42O , 46a read u'ith Section 34 IPC.

Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State. 3.
Since the punishment prescribed for the offences alleged against petitioner is up to seven years, without going into merits of the matter, respondent - Police are directed to follow the procedure as contemplated under Section 4 I -A Cr. P. C and the guidelines formulated by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Antesh Kumar u' State' of Biharl scrupulouslY.
