K. Raja Rama Sharma, v. The State Of Telangana, Rep. By Its Principal Secretary,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR W.P.No.37259 of 2015 ORDER:
Heard.
The petitioner is one of the appellants in Inam Appeal No.F2/1A/53/12 pending before the 2nd respondent. The said appeal filed under Section 24 of the A.P. (Telangana Area) Abolition of Inams Act, 1955 is stated to have been heard and reserved for orders by the earlier Joint Collector, but after his transfer, the said appeal has not been notified for hearing and has not been heard and disposed of. Hence, the petitioner filed the present writ petition seeking early disposal of the said appeal.
Since it is stated that the appeal is ripe for hearing and in fact was heard earlier, it is appropriate to direct the 2nd respondent to fix the date of hearing, hear the parties and dispose of the said appeal in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _______________________ VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR, J Date: 17-11-2015 Prv
