This writ petition is filed for the following relief: ".....to issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, declaring the action of the respondents in not sending the material, such as mobile phones of 7th accused and the victim and laptop in the possession of the petitioner to Forensic Science Laboratory, for retrieval and analysis of mobile data and email accounts data and for not carrying out fair investigation from the point of the offences under IT Act in Crime No.16/2014 (S.C.No.822/2014) pending on the file of II Additional Sessions Judge, R.R. District, and consequently direct the respondents to carry out further investigation by referring or entrusting the matter to Cyber Crimes team of first respondent in the interest of justice ...."

Learned Government Pleader for Home, on the basis of written instructions, submits that a petition for sending incriminating material to Forensic Science Laboratory, Red Hills, Hyderabad was filed before the competent Court. The learned II Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District passed the following order: "On considering contents of application, I found no reason to stop trial, wherein, the I.O. is at liberty to approach under proper provision of law to make proper investigation or assist properly in conduct of trial as per law. It is directed to follow the law to conduct prosecution not based on individual hurdles. Accordingly, this application is closed."

He further submits that necessary steps are being taken for referring the Laptop and Mobile Phone of the accused to Forensic Science

Laboratory for analysis of data and for report, through the Court concerned.
