This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not granting construction permission and approval by notice in File No.G/164/BA/WZ/12150/2015, dated 13.03.2015 of the 5th respondent in respect of the Plot No.330 in Sy.No.44/1 of Mathrusri Co.operative House Building Society Limited, Miyapur village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to grant building permission.

Heard Sri Karri Murali Krishna, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned G.P.

for Municipal Administration, for first respondent, Smt.Y.Padmavathi, learned Standing Counsel for 2nd and 5th respondents and learned G.P. for Revenue for respondents 3 and 4. At the time of hearing, it is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in similar circumstances, this Court disposed of Writ Petition No.2454 of 2015 and the same is not disputed by learned standing counsel. Hence, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the orders of this Court dated 05.02.2015 in W.P.No.2454 of 2015. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
