HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT Crl.P. No. 16755 of 2016 O R D E R:- This Criminal Petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant bail to the petitioner - A1 in connection with S.C.No. 63 of 2015 on the file of the Court of VI Additional District and Sessions Judge, Godavarikhani, Karimnagar District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201 IPC.

As stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner, in the present case, all the prosecution witnesses were examined except the Investigation Officer and the Doctor concerned, however since 2015, no judge has been posted in the Court of VI Additional District and Sessions Judge, Godavarikhani to complete the trial of the present case as the previous presiding officer was transferred in the year 2015. Even though the present petition is filed seeking bail mainly on the ground that the trial has come to a stand still since there is no competent Court concerned to take up the trial, the situation is alarming and how much time it will take to complete the trial cannot be decided at this stage. Hence, the learned Principal District, Karimnagar District is directed to look into the matter and take necessary

SKK,J Crl.P_16755_2016 steps so that the trial in S.C.No. 63 of 2015 will be completed expeditiously.

In view of the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
