HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.3148 of 2019 O R D E R :

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of the Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.412 of 2018 on the file of II Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Mancherial, Adilabad District. charge sheet came to be filed against the petitioner/A.1 for the offence punishable under Section 420 of IPC.

Though the present Criminal Petition is filed seeking quashing of entire proceedings, learned counsel for the petitioner/A.1 restricts his prayer seeking dispensation of the presence of the petitioner before the trial Court on every date of adjournment.

The learned Public Prosecutor submits that since the identity of the petitioner is not in dispute, his presence in the above C.C. may not be necessary on every date of adjournment.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the personal appearance of the petitioner/A.1 in C.C.No.412 of 2018 on the file of II Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Mancherial, Adilabad District, is hereby dispensed with, except on the dates when his presence is specifically required by the said Court.

GSD, J Crl.P.No.3148 of 2019 With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
