This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.63 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Dhone, Kurnool District, registered for the offences under Sections 506, 427 read with Section 34 IPC, against the petitioner/A1.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the second respondent, on instructions, reports that the matter has been compromised before the Lok Adalat on 14.07.2018 and therefore, no further orders are required to be passed in the criminal petition. Copy of award is also filed.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is closed. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
