Petitioner, in this writ petition, assails the inquiry report dated 25.09.2017 submitted by the 2nd respondent.

Sri K.Sarva Bhouma Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, would submit that considering the inquiry report, disciplinary authority imposed punishment vide proceedings dated 17.03.2018. As the inquiry culminated to the stage of imposing punishment, cause in the writ petition does not survive and it is open for the petitioner to challenge the proceedings dated 17.03.2018 in accordance with law. With the above observation, the writ petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
