HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 17786 of 2015 ORDER:

1) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking the following relief:

" issuance of writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the representation dated 01.05.2015 made by the petitioner and restore the name of the fifth respondent from the name of the sixth respondent and consequently direct the second respondent not to entertain further registration on the vehicle bearing No. AP-28-BX-7035."

2) Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that a direction may be given to the second respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner, if not already considered pursuant to the interim order, dated 18.06.2015 passed by this Court and pass orders in accordance with law.

3) Learned counsel appearing for the sixth respondent would submit that the sixth respondent is a bonafide purchaser of the vehicle and pursuant to a crime registered against the fifth respondent, the vehicle has been seized and kept in police station. His application for release of the

vehicle was rejected on the ground that the writ petition is pending before the High Court.

4) Taking into consideration the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to pass orders on the representation dated 01.05.2015, after hearing all the concerned, if not already considered, pursuant to the order dated 18.06.2015 passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.22997 of 2015, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably, within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. The Registry is directed to mark copy of the order to the Commissioner, Regional Transport Authority, Khairatabad, Hyderabad.

5) Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
