Since the Status report submitted by the Registry would show that the main proceedings in H.M.O.P. No.57 of 2013 on the file of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Tenali, were disposed of by way of dismissal on 01.09.2015, the present Transfer C.M.P. filed on 15.07.2015 would become infructuous.
