HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.11888 OF 2019 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent police in interfering with the civil disputes of the petitioners and preventing the petitioners from entering into Delhi International School, Kompally.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that the 5th respondent gave a complaint on 01.06.2019 against the petitioners; that basing on the said complaint crime No.428/2019 was registered under sections 448, 506 IPC on the file of Pet Basheerbad Police Station on 01.06.2019; and that the police never interfered with the civil disputes of the petitioner.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. It goes without saying that the 3rd respondent will not interfere with the civil disputes. However, this order will not preclude the respondent police from investigating the crime registered against the petitioner. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
