HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.19588 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies for respondents and perused the affidavit petition with prayer in support of it and the material on record.

The grievance of the petitioner is that appeal is pending since October 2015 before the 3rd respondent. Hence, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent, Revenue Divisional Officer, to dispose of the appeal within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Failing which, the order impugned ceases its force till determination of the appeal. The petitioner is also directed to appear before him on 24.06.2017 without fail. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
