Today, when the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the Iearned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the representation of the petitioners dated 27 .7 .2020 was considered and rejected by the respondent No.2 vide proceedings Rc.No.4434 /2O2O UB2 dated 9.9.2O2O.

Recording the above, the writ petition is closed, leaving it open to the petitioners to challenge the said proceedings dated 9.9.2O2O If they stiIl aggrieved. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this writ petition stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
