CVNR,J & GSP,J W.P.No.6117 of 2010 Dt: 10.08.2018 Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "to pass an order or Writ more particularly the one in the nature of Writ of Certiorari Calling for the records pertaining to F.A. No. 1286/06 before the A.P. State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission at Hyderabad and to quash the order passed by the A.P. State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission at Hyderabad in F.A. No. 1286/06 dt 27-01-2010."

At the hearing, Mr.Narasimha Rao Gudiseva, learned Counsel representing Mr.Ambadipudi Satyanarayana, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the sole petitioner has died. He is, however, unable to state as to when the petitioner died. As no steps for bringing on record, the legal representatives of the petitioner have been taken, the Writ Petition is dismissed as abated.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.7874 of 2010, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
