THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.16323 OF 2015 ORDER:

It is represented by the learned counsel for both the parties that the lis in the writ petition is squarely covered by the Order dated 16.10.2014 passed by this Court in WP.No.31069 of 2014.

In view of the above and for the reasons alike in the aforesaid Order dated 16.10.2014 in WP.No.31069 of 2014, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to receive the applications from the petitioners and allow them to participate in the selection process including the written test and interviews to the existing temporary vacancies of Attender and Sweeper posts without insisting that their names must be sponsored by the employment exchange. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
