HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.11897 of 2019 ORDER:

The petitioner seeks a survey of the subject land. He filed an application online in the prescribed format by way of a F-line petition on 09.01.2019 along with the requisite fee. Having received such an application, it is not open to the Tahsildar, Abdullahpurmet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, to remain somnolent.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Abdullahpurmet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, to take appropriate action upon the petitioner's application dated 09.01.2019 expeditiously and in any event, not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, be it from whatever source.
