THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K. SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.3683 of 2O2O ORDER:

This Criminal Petition was filed by the petitioners/A2 & A3 to quash the proceedings in Crime No.537 of 2O2O on the file of Chandanagar Police Station, Cyberabad. The offences alleged against the petitioners are under Sections 42O, 406, 468 and 471 rlw.34 of the Indial Penal Code.

This Court by order dated il.O9.2O2O granted stay of all further proceedings including arrest of the petitioners for a period of four weeks. Status of the investigation is not known. In the said circumstances this Court is not inclined to keep the petition pending.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed off directing the police to conclude investigation without arresting the petitioners. As a sequel, miscellaneous pe-titions, pending if any, shall To, stand closed.
